I was supposed to train at home on the treadmill doing ten miles. I did my first 5 miles and then I did my second 5 miles. That makes a total of 10 miles on the treadmill.

On Sunday, January 25, I am running 10 miles on Fort Lauderdale Beach. We have four weeks left until the race.

Good luck to my new running friends. Have fun running the Miami Marathon on Sunday.
